[ltp] PCMCIA schemes and Redhat6

I'm having the same problem
I ended up changing network
and ifcfg-eth0 and running ifconfig restart
(im not at my linux box so this is from memory)

I found it intersting that eth0 tries to come up 
during boot not when pcmcia initializes (or a card is inserted)

lets hope somebody else has figured this out
