I have played some more with exclude/include statements in
/etc/pcmcia/config.opts to no luck. In all cases I ended up with full
kernel hangs which required a hard reset. Even after changing everything
back to the original configuration where I had it up and running once
did not help. I'm now back using my old 10Mbit/s NE2000 compatible card
and wait for a couple of more linux kernel and pcmcia revisions.
