[ltp] pcmcia + tokenring

There have been problems reported with kernel versions < 2.2.10. I had no
problems to get it running with 2.2.10 and pcmcia-3.0.14, but when configuring
the TokenRing card, I was already aware of the following hint:

In /etc/pcmcia/config.opts, you have to uncomment the last line which reads

   module "ibmtr_cs" opts "mmiobase=0xd0000 srambase=0xd4000"

This was taken from http://www.baiti.net/tp770x/network.html , where you may
find additional useful tips.

Markus
