[ltp] Caldera Linux 2.2

I have not used Caldera, but the kernel I used to get TR to work was 2.2.12
with pcmcia 3.0.14.

I am trying to configure Caldera Linux 2.2 on a IBM 690E-2626, 6gig HD,
128ram. I installed it on a partioned HD that is also running Win95. I
figured out the right video driver, but I can not figure out how to get the
token ring card to work. I tried an ethernet card on my home network, and
it worked without trying. I tried a token ring card at work, and nothing. I
have upgraded the bios and downloaded the latest kernel (not installed
yet). Is there a "quick" fix that I can apply to get the token ring to
work? Does the new kernel work with it? I found on the Caldera site that
the 2.2.x kernel is not compatible with token ring cards, but I have also
seen that there are modules for it.
