[ltp] video using selectabase 600

I sent this message the other day, but I'm not sure if it made it to the
list because there were no replies, and I hadn't confirmed my
subscription yet.


I just got a selectabase 600 for my TP 600E.  When KDM starts or
restarts X, and the video mode switches from text to Graphics, the
external monitor goes blank.  I then have to open and close the Thinkpad
to restore graphics to the external monitor.  Does anybody know how to
fix this?
