Configuring X on my 365XD

I am trying to configure X on my 365XD Thinkpad. Does anybody know the
technical specification for the video subsystem?

Specifically, I would like to know:
- how much video memory it has
- card manufacturer and model
- horizontal sync rate
- vertical sync rate
 
I just cannot find the manuals to get this information. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

In case it matters, I am using Redhat 6.0 of Linux.
