14.1GB 770Z Drive

here's what I learned recently, with lots of blood, sweat, etc..

boot SuSE into the rescue system
run fdisk
x for expert menu
c and change cylinders to 1826
r to return to the regular fdisk menu
p will now show the entire drive :)

after you get it all loaded, add a kernel parm to lilo like
'hda=1826,240,63' to avoid above gymnastics. you might as well add 'mem=127M
boot=warm' while you're at it.

remember, you still need to locate the root partition within the first 1024
cylinders
