[ltp] Serial Port on TP600E

I'm also having trouble with my serial port on m 700Z. setserial looks 
good, but no communication to the port.  I NEED this port to backup my 
palm pilot.

Huh?  Are you saying that the kernel out of the RH6.0 box doesn't
support a serial port unless you recompile it???
