[ltp] KDE or Gnome?

i'll second that motion.  i prefer olvwm (long live scott oaks).
i'm sure one of the two (kde or gnome) will produce a useful
desktop app IPC mechanism (probably gnome) but i just don't see
any winning functionality in their window managers.  what am i
missing?
