[ltp] 128meg RAM

I've noticed the price changes too
but I don't think it has anything to do with
the earthquake.  I don't think much memory is produced
in Taiwan. I read that something like 80% is produced in South 
Korea. Taiwan it motherboard central though - and chipsets too.
I wonder if those have gone up in cost...
