Check out http://www.baiti.net/tp770x/network.html.

I too am having problems doing suspend/resume with ethernet. My setup is

RedHat 6.0
kernel 2.2.9
pcmcia 3.3.1
apmd 3.0beta9
Xircom CE2 Ethernet 10/100 CardBus (this finally works with the above)

If the Xircom is inserted but I am not on a network, suspend/resume works fine.
If I *AM* on a network, no matter what I try (stopping pcmcia, ethernet....),
upon resume, the screen looks ok but the 770X is locked up.

Of course, on Windoze, the same thing happens so it's not just Linux.

Anybody have better luck?

Thanks,
