[ltp] reinstalling LILO (RHL+i1460)

It has been my personal experience (from using 3 identical machines with
the same version of software) that unless the harddrives are identically
configured a boot floppy from one won't work on another.  However, if you
remember the partition you were booting from you should be able to boot
from local hard using device/image file spec.
