[ltp] Wheel Mouse

At least on older ThinkPads, it is necessary to disable the internal
pointing device in the ThinkPad configuration program (and then boot into
Linux) before you can get a PS/2 wheel mouse to work.  IIRC, on newer
thinkpads, there is an option for external mouse use.
