[ltp] ACP Modem drivers are available for DOWNLOAD

I've just checked that the driver works perfectly on my TP770Z.
Actually, I'm using the modem to post to the list.

As I'm running Debian GNU/Linux, I converted the rpm to deb with alien
(there is no install scripts). My kernel is at level 2.2.18pre21. As
explained
in the HOWTO, the module had to be forced to load (insmod -f).

A thousand thanks to the team who ported the modem drivers !
