[ltp] ACP modem driver support scripts

I provide installation info for the ACP modem driver,
plus the following useful scripts which I wrote today:

/usr/sbin/mwavemd
       daemon wrapper for the mwavem program
/etc/init.d/mwavem
       initscript -- starts or stops mwavem driver
       requires mwavemd
/etc/modutils/mwavem
       leads module loader to load mwavedd as needed
       required by /etc/init.d/mwavem
/etc/apm/event.d/mwavem
       apm_proxy sub-script
       stops & starts mwavem driver on suspend &
resume
       requires /etc/init.d/mwavem

The scripts are geared toward Debian but they
might be adapted for use on other distros.
