[ltp] dialler

I wrote a program that dials a number (for secure ID)
Then after you did the login bit by hand you it then execed
pppd for RAS dialup, but it could run anything you like.

That would did just you dial thing, the problem with just making a command
dial is when the program exits the phone connection
will drop as the device is closed, you need to keep it open by
execing another program.
