[ltp] PCMCIA on the i series

Another satisfied customer of the this card CEM56 10/100 (not on an
i-series, but on a 770X, Suse 6.1, ker 2.211).  
Altho NT wouldn't recognize it ;)

Don't get the mini-dock tho - it works fine, but on the 770X, it blocks the
CD door.
