See Thomas Hood's reply. Looks like I steered you in the wrong direction.
Not really sure how you tell the difference anyway. Mine wouldn't work with
the tulip driver so I tried the other one. I'm running RH 6.1, 2.2.12-20
stock installation. I have downloaded and installed the Aureal drivers for
my Montego II sound card and the nVidia drivers for my TNT2 card. The Aureal
install was blissfully easy, the nVidia not too bad since Mesa gets
installed with RH. The etherjet card install was a big a PITA as the sblive!
install I did for my son's computer. The only thing harder has been the
Lexmark 5700 printer install. I got it working once but now I can't remember
how I did it.
