I have set up systems in both ways:

lilo -> linux
     -> Windows NT Boot Loader

and

WinNT Boot Loader -> WinNT
                  -> Linux

The first option (using lilo as the main boot loader) is the easier and
most convenient, but both work fine. The appropriate linux HOWTO (about
linux+WinNT) has detailed intructions.
