[ltp] suspend and RAM upgrade

| I have upgraded the RAM on my TP600E 2645-4A0 from 64MB to
| 192MB. Both Windows and, booting with the mem=192m kernel
| argument, Linux, recognize the 192MB and work fine.

Try booting with mem=191M. The BIOS on many Thinkpads needs the top 576K
for its own use. Actually, saying mem=196032K should work and give you
slightly more memory. (That should be the number your Thinkpad prints in
the upper left corner shortly after you turn it on).
