[ltp] suspend and RAM upgrade

1. I placed the hibernation file in a FAT partition.
2. I never thought of combining a swap partition with it,
   and my gut feeling is - iy would be a bad idea.
3. Hibernation works well on Thinkpad-600E, no problem
   with X11. Sound driver often (always?) has to be reloaded
   after you "wake it up".
