[ltp] suspend and RAM upgrade

On my Thinkpad 240 the computer will hibernate, and come back. But the
pcmcia ethernet card is no longer recognized. Removing and inserting
it does no gook.

When it suspends, active connections are dropped, but the card is
still there and the connections can be reestablished.
