[ltp] BIOS upgrade on TP600 incompatible with Linux

I've gotten a lot of questions about this actually, and heard from some
people at IBM.  The most recent BIOS specifically solves this problem.

The solutions that involve passing HD=C,H,S is also not recommended by
IBM.  I'm using the most recent BIOS on my 600e and it's running very
well.
