[ltp] Successes with 2.4 (test) kernels?

Hello all.

I just tried making and installing linux 2.4.0-test9 on my
ThinkPad 600.  The machine hung after the message
"booting the kernel".  Has anyone else had more success?
If so, I'd appreciate it if you'd send me your .config
file.
