[ltp] Searchable archives.....

It works fine on Netscape under Linux.  However (if you care) it doesn't seem to
work for me with either Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.5 under Windows 95.  I
get the following message from IE when I hit the search button:

Marc-search internal error
Sorry, your client needs to set HTTP_REFERER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This error occured in the main package of /home/httpd/cgi-bin/marc-search.cgi at
line 79.

Netscape under Windows just never displays the search page...
Looks great on Linux and is really useful.
