[ltp] Lines on TFT screen (not linux related)

I'm more interested in whether or not this is likely to be dead pixels, my
understanding is that >5 is considered defective, a whole vertical line is
1024 which I thought would have been caught by a quality control process.
Also a little unusual if these are nomally fairly randomly distributed about
a screen.

Anyone got any suggestions for causes other than dead pixels?
