Hi Dan,

if you use a DOS (FAT) formatted disk you should be able to save the 
files from your linux system (TP) on it.
I think FAT support is activated in the standard kernel of Redhat.
You can also save your .rpm on a disk and just read it on the linux 
system. You will then have to copy it to the hdd before installing, 
because linux file attributes are not the same as on the dos-disk.
