true, but it did setup (with) an USB mouse....

Yeah, there is also an IBM TP 1400x1050 LCD option, but the resolution was 
not put in XF86Config(-4) :(

Nahh, still got it working though, and appart from the tinkering with X and 
the mouse, the overall user experience is quite good.
