The extra addresses are from a table of addresses defined by
the SMAPI spec.  Yes, these addresses were used by other chips
on earlier ThinkPad models.  But that doesn't mean that the 3780i
mwave driver will be useful for driving older mwave chips.

Nevertheless, I wish you success in developing a driver for the
older chips.
