[ltp] Setting up a petition for T2x users (LCD/External monitor, 3D/DRI issues)

Hi,

In the same vein as the Mwave-modem petition for the TP-600, I would
like to propose a petition for IBM to provide a fix for the simultaneous
CRT/LCD viewing issue as well as (but not as importantly) 3D/DRI
support.

I think Bill Mair set up the last petition. Any idea how we could go
about setting a new one up?
