Here's your biggest problem. AFAIK, there is no PCMCIA support in Netware 6.
The 770 models that others have suggested do not have on-baord ethernet.
I would check on-board ethernet drivers to see if there is one with
netware server support. Hard disks should be supported through the IDE 
driver.
