[ltp] Remove from dock while hibernating?

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to remove their thinkpad from the 
dock while hibernating?  I have a T23.  I'm especially interested if it works 
in Win2k....if it doesn't work there, it's not likely I'll ever get it to work in 
Linux :(
