Ben,

With Win98 you can use a recent version (4.0 +) of PartitionMagic to:
(1) Make a little free space at the front of your HD, and
(2) Install OS/2 Boot Manager (Don't use PowerQuest's BootMagic!)
(3) Point Boot Manager at Win98 and Linux.

I've run a triple-boot TP770X this way - Win98, OS/2 V4, and Linux.
(But don't try this with WinNT or Win2K below PartitionMagic 6.0.)
