[ltp] Odd apm issue

Well I think this is a 2.4.0 issue. I have not had the problem in 2.2 series 
   kernel. I also note the kapm-idled process running. There is a lot on
   kernel lists about it taking too much CPU, but it is not really doing so
   (according to the list).
