[ltp] TP600, RH7, Serial problem

Boot DOS and use PS2.EXE to both enable and power on 
the serial port.  The one thing that tpctl can't do
is power on a serial port that was powered off by PS2.EXE.

That is, you need to do:
c> PS2 SER ON
c> PS2 SERA ENABLE

Once PS2.EXE has been used to power on the serial port,
it can be powered off and on again by tpctl.  It can
also be disabled and enabled using the commands that
you tried.
