[ltp] IRQ problems with ethernet card PCMCIA Realtek

Hi all, I finally have success in recognize my ethernet card REaltek PCMCIA 
but I have this error when I try to :
ifconfig eth0 up
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Reocursce temporarily unavailable
if I try to connect on eth1 I success to connect and I use the network 
connection!
But with this last choise I have a heavy slowness of the system!!!
Anyone can help me to resolve my SIOCSIFFLAGS problem??
I try in internet that the problem is irq manage (the same irq is assigned) 
fif I look the kernel message I see that irq 0 is assigned, but I find 
internet that when it hapens is because there isn't any irq free...
Pls can anyone help me??It' s important and urgent.

Ps...my system: Mandrake 7.2 on thinkpad 770E, kernel 2.2.17-21mdk...and as 
you know.....it's impossible to change irq with bios setup
