[ltp] XF86 and 2 mouse buttons

Hi folks,

anyone out there who is using XF86 4.1.0 and 2 mouse buttons and the 
"Emulate3Buttons" option? I discovered that if I want to move a window I have 
to wait for the "Emulate3Timeout" before I can move the mouse or the window 
won't move. Very strange and also not very usefull I think. I have set 
Emulate3Timeout to 450 so I have to wait half of a second after the click on 
the window title before I can move the mouse. Really annoying.
