	You mentioned you were using a proxy. Now, are you able to ping
the proxy machine ? While connecting to any site, Netscape first connects
to the proxy and then sends it's request. What's the exact error it gives
you ? Is it "TCP Error: No route to host" Does this error happen while
it's connecting to the proxy machine (observe the status bar at the bottom
carefully) or while connecting to the remote site ?

	Is the proxy machine outside your physical network ? In that case,
you will need to use a gateway to reach machines outside your physical
network.
