[ltp] Unexplained crashes on Thinkpad T21

On my A20m, the problem was with the X screen blanking (not the
screensaver). When I turned off screen blanking, I no longer got the hard
locks. I am not sure that this will fix the T21, but I would recommend
trying turning it off (I forgot exactly how I did it, check the web).
