[ltp] Easy Setup

Well, I rebooted, eff-one-ed and control-dee-ed and: Yikes!
A program came up allowing me to twiddle the bits in the
EEPROM.  I can see why IBM doesn't advertise this.  Dangerous.

Pressing F1 brings up a help screen with a list of the
secret commands.
