[ltp] Serial and SCSI problems

As far as the SCSI card goes, by default it likes to use irq 15.  This is
normally assigned to the CDROM.  I had the same problem and I found I could
only use 1 pcmcia device per session unless I did some work with PS2.EXE to
disable all unused hardware.
