[ltp] USB Mouse broke after sleep A21m

The problem with the trackpoint is a known Mandrake 8.0 issue, ps/2 support 
is broken in their kernel in that release. I believe there is a fix available 
from Mandrake for that. Check their site.

The likely problem with USB is something happens with apmd... Check your 
/etc/sysconfig/apmd script. You may be able to tweak the behaviour to prevent 
your problem. I don't have 8.1 or a USB mouse, so I am not sure. USB works 
fine on my A20p with 8.0 and seems to have no issue with suspend/resume, but 
then again it could be a driver specific issue, perhaps the 'HID' driver or 
your particular mouse driver is buggy.
