[ltp] Ultrabay...Does it work, or not?

On a T21 and a T22. Works fine as the battery is "passive". I can't
remember to have tried it when booting with the 2nd battery in the
UltraBay, just the other way. But with the boot parameter "hdc=cdrom"
(same story as when booting with the floppy in the UltraBay), it should
be ok.
