[ltp] D-Link DFE-670TXD ethernet

I actually got this working a little after I sent the message.

It seems D-Link hasn't a clue which driver to use.
Now, they do mention the 2.2.12-20 kernel...but I imagine the modules
shouldn't be any different between 2.4 and 2.2.

So anyways, as I said, I did find another page that said use the pcnet_cs,
now I thought I had set it up to use this driver, but I guess I missed
something. Cause when I changed the bind "tulip_cb" to bind "pcnet_cs",
everything worked.
