[ltp] Thinkpad 600E bios memory detection problem

When problems are fixed by turning off the power several times
or leaving the machine off for a period of time, the problem may
be the battery.  I had trouble resuming my machine from suspend
(I had to wait two minutes or the machine would fail to resume
properly) until I replaced my battery.
