[ltp] T23 (2647-5KU) with Linux and X?

What I've heard from XIG is that they have asked for the specs since the
chip came out and never got them up till now, but they're doing the best
they can ofcourse to loosen up S3.
It looks like S3 wants to monopolize driver development somehow, for
some reason.
