Today I have disabled Quick Boot in Easy Setup...
Workbone and the gnome CD Player work, gnome mixer work... but I have't =
loaded sound modules !?
When I try to play a MP3 file gnome say:
cannot open /dev/dsp
I have loaded the modules:
modprobe sound
insmod ad1848
insmod uart401
insmod cs4232 io=3D0x530 irq=3D5 dma=3D............
When I play MP3 I have same error... and if I type:
cat /dev/sndstat
my TP600E say:
No such device
... sigh !
Please help me... I wish sound on my TP600E !!!
Why if I use a wrong io!=3D0x530 I see an error message and if I use a =
wrong irq!=3D5 and/or dma I not see an error message ???
