[ltp] Enabling Intellimouse with Linux

Thanks to everyone who offered assistance with this.  It seems like all 
solutions involve setting up the XF86Config-4 file similar to what is 
shown below.  However, when I set mine up like this the mouse goes 
wacko.  It jumps around and keeps going back to the lower left of the 
screen.  If anyone has suggestions I would appreciate them.
