[ltp] 760XL Mouse cursor drifting

In my experimentations (I see this on a 560 and a 560x as well) this
appears to be the mouse pointer joystick sticking in one direction.I
could be wrong, but usually wiggling the mouse stops this from occuring.
It's a pain in the ass when you have window focus following mouse
pointer though :->
