[ltp] T30 UltraNav - basic support now available

To follow up my earlier email about the UltraNav on the T30, I've
now produced a patch against a prerelease of gpm that supports
the middle button and the touch pad at the same time.  There are
links to both the gpm prerelease and the patch on my updated T30
